Managing over 400 work items and materials management were challenging, as they were unable to track inspection records on utilization. As a result, creating purchase orders and work orders, which should be automatically communicated to the accounts team, was problematic. content.

Process categorization and automation through Zoho Creator involved:

  • Work Breakdown: Segregating over 400 work items into 7 milestones.
  • Tender Management:Managing contractors, materials, and allocating contracts based on provided tenders.
  • Inspection Management:Evaluating materials usage and labor through inspections conducted by inspectors.
  • Billing Management:Generating work orders and purchase orders based on inspections and pushing them to Zoho Books by inspectors.
Flats Booking

Managing leads, flat availability, and bookings required extensive manual processes for collecting payments associated with each booking. Following the completion of each stage of work, customers are to be notified to proceed with payments, while diligently tracking due dates and penalties for delayed payments.

Zoho CRM handles lead management, while customized modules categorize flats availability and bookings as follows:

  • Booking Form:Manages availability and facilitates lead conversions.
  • Collections: Oversees daily collections and manages penalties based on stage completion.

Integration with Zoho Books occurs based on payment transactions.

Marketing Budget

In addition to construction expenses, significant costs were incurred in marketing. Various vendors handled different types of marketing such as SMS campaigns, property fairs, online promotions, outdoor advertisements, and media placements. Effective management of these allocated budgets was essential to ensure cost efficiency.

We streamlined the customization of this marketing budget in Zoho People to ensure cost-effectiveness. This enables the client to easily access analytics on monthly costs incurred per project and vendor, as well as to identify the cost per lead.

The client requested a report detailing the cost spent on each lead based on the amount spent for each marketing vendor.

The number of leads from each source will be calculated and compared with the marketing budget to analyze the cost per lead.
