The time taken to start and complete the Project shall be a months from the date of Sign-off.
1 - month of free Online Support.
Our Functional consultant will visit the company a minimum of 2 days a week till the project is complete and commit a minimum of 25 man-days of on-site support.
The rest of the time they will provide online support.
Sr. Consultants will be available for periodic Online reviews and provide necessary inputs
Clients looking for Complete HR Life Cycle Management that includes everything in the Intermediate version Plus Performance Management System (PMS) and Learning management System (LMS)
The time taken to start and complete the Project shall be of 4 months from the date of Sign-off.
Our Functional consultant will visit the company a minimum of 2 days a week till the project is complete and commit a minimum of 35 man-days of on-site support.
Sr. Consultants will visit 5 man-days and be available for periodic Online reviews and provide necessary inputs
Clients looking for end-to-end HR Solutions that include everything in Advanced Version Plus Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Expense tracking, Employee Communication management and the like.
The time taken to start and complete the Project shall be a 5 months from the date of Sign-off.
Our Functional consultant will visit the company a minimum of 2 days a week till the project is complete and commit a minimum of 45 man-days of on-site support.
Sr. Consultants will Visit 8 Man-days and be available for periodic Online reviews and provide necessary inputs
Organization Study and understand the Business Needs.
Review current HR processes and Policies.
Discuss with the Senior Team and Propose improved HR Processes and Policies.
Design the HR Blueprint and document the HR Policies and Procedure Manual.
Develop the Same on a Technology Platform and provide the HRMS tool.
Establish the above processes and run the same for 2 months.
Train the HR team, Handhold, and transfer Technology.
