Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS)

Employee Engagement Survey (EES)

Employee Value Proposition Survey (EVPS)

Employee Value Proposition (EVP) survey is a holistic initiative based on a framework developed by BuildHr (shown in the image below), in which we explore the areas where employees feel valued and where they can add value to the company. In simple terms, EVP survey is meant to understand what motivates the employee to come to work every day. It comprises tailored questions over and above satisfaction and engagement related questions. EVP Survey is a diagnostic tool containing attributes that employees consider as the value or gain from employment, such could be a set of rewards, benefits, work policies and practices in return for their association/ effort.

This framework represents an investment model that organizations can use to prioritize their rewards spend. Each element should be considered, but organizations may focus on one or more elements that further align with their business and people strategies. BuildHr has custom built survey questions as per this framework which derives valuable insights for businesses to focus their interventions thereon.

Whichever survey opted, questions can be custom built and hosted on our application (powered by “ZOHO”), with the appropriate question format or a combination of formats such as Likert scale (1 to 5/ 7/ 9), Dichotomous scale (YES/ NO; AGREE/ DISAGREE etc.), open ended questions for deriving qualitative insights, employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) questions etc.
