Solutions:
We streamlined the JRF process through Zoho People by implementing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to reduce turnaround times and establishing a matrix approval structure for quicker decision-making.

Budget based approval and Skill matching:

Challenges:
The company faces challenges with budget-based decision processes and experiences skill mismatches between job requests and hiring, complicating the process.

Solutions:
We designed budget-based approval criteria to ensure accountability and prevent skill mismatches by categorizing skills into primary and secondary, which are then communicated to the recruitment team.

Internal Workforce Management:

Challenges:
The management was underutilizing its workforce due to poor resource allocation, resulting in excess personnel assigned to low-priority projects.

Solutions:
We created a process that gives the internal workforce team access to the Bench Master and requisition forms, enabling them to assign available bench personnel to open job requisitions, thus reducing the need for additional hiring.
