HR technology in 2020 has developed at a rapid speed over the past year to meet the changing needs of businesses and many HR professionals have started to adapt to the core HR technology systems. HR technology is referred to as the software and associated hardware technology used for automating the human resources function in organizations or in other words tools that the HR managers use to deliver a better employee experience.   The practice of digital tools for learning continues to be an area of great potential in an organization. Online employee training is a common alternative training method to the traditional, learning management systems especially in the current situation.
